HiloIntelligence

Terms of use

Last updated: October 14, 2026

HiloIntelligence is provided to you by the organization that gave you access to it. These terms explain how you may use HiloIntelligence, including its add-ins for Microsoft 365 and its add-ons for Google Workspace.

Who provides the service

HiloIntelligence is operated for your organization, which decides who may use it, which features and AI models are available and which rules apply. Where your organization’s own policies or agreements differ from these terms, they prevail.

Your account

You sign in with an account your organization provides or approves. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell your organization’s administrator if you think your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

Use HiloIntelligence for your work, in line with your organization’s policies and the law. Do not use it to produce unlawful, harmful or misleading content, to reach information you are not allowed to see, or to disrupt the service.

AI-generated content

Answers, drafts and edits are produced by AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them, especially before you keep a change, share a document or send a message. The add-ins and add-ons never send email on your behalf.

Your content

The documents, messages and other content you use with HiloIntelligence remain yours or your organization’s. HiloIntelligence processes them only to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

Your organization may change, suspend or end access to HiloIntelligence or to some of its features. These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version.
